Tender for 30 MW Solar projects in Madhya Pradesh floated by NTPC
NTPC has issued tender inviting bids for setting up of 30 MW grid-connected solar projects in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Bid submission deadline is January 07, 2021
A tender was issued by the NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam Limited (NVVN) inviting bids for the development of a grid-connected 30 MW Solar Power Projects in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
These solar projects will include rooftop, ground-mounted as well as elevated structure PV projects.
Submission Deadline & EMD:
The last date for submission of bids is 07 January 2020.
An amount of INR 5 million is to be submitted as an earnest money deposit (EMD) for this tender.
Scope of Work:
The scope of work for the selected bidders will include the designing, engineering, supplying, installation, erection, testing, and commissioning of the rooftop solar projects. The bidders will also be required to provide comprehensive operation and maintenance services for a period of 10 years.
Eligibility Criteria
- A bidder should have prior experience of constructing, supplying, erection and commissioning of grid-connected solar power projects for a total capacity of 5 MW, of which at least one solar project should be 500 kW or higher capacity.
- The reference project of 500 kW or more should have been in operation for at least six months.
- In the event of a bidder being a developer, he should have carried out an industrial project either as a developer or an EPC contractor of INR 400 million or more over the last 10 years.
- With regard to the financial requirements, in the last three financial years, the total annual turnover of the bidder should not be under INR 410 million.
- The net value of the bidder should not be below 100 percent of the paid-up share capital of the bidder as on the last date of the previous financial year.
Recently, NVVN has floated another tender, inviting bids for setting up a 3 MW grid-connected rooftop solar project at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Jodhpur in the state of Rajasthan.
