Indore Smart City Development Limited (ISCDL) has invited consultants through a revised tender for the development of 120 MW of ground-mounted or floating solar projects. Through revision has been made to the earlier tender issued for 100 MW of floating solar project in January 2021.

The ISDCL intends to hire consultants for the entire project maintenance contract, including the two-year execution phase and the five-year operating and maintenance phase. They will be responsible for providing services during the execution process, including any delays.

Submission Deadline & Security Deposit:

As per the tender document, the bid submission deadline is 15 April 2021. The bidders are required to make a security deposit of 2.5 lakhs.

Scope of Work:

The scope of work encompasses end-to-end support for 100 MW to 120 MW solar projects that will include conception, commissioning, operations, and maintenance monitoring, as well as all other support needed to get the project up and running. In addition, consultants are required to assist with land acquisition, technical, environmental, and regulatory issues.

The projects are planned to be established at the Jalud Water Pumping Station, the Yashwant Sagar Dam Reservoir, and other locations. Consultants will also be in charge of identifying additional sites as needed.

Other Tender Details & Specifications:

The interested bidders, in the last five years, must have worked as a consultant for ground-mounted or floating solar projects. They’ll be graded on the total capacity of the solar projects they’ve completed. They must have completed at least 20 MW of these projects.

The average annual turnover for the previous three years will be used to assess and score applicants. They will be given 15 points for a turnover of INR 10 million to INR 50 million, 25 points for a turnover of INR 50 million to INR 100 million, and 35 points for a turnover of more than INR 100 million.
