Powered with Sulzer Schmid’s proprietary software, 3DX SmartPilot is compatible with most small DJI drones available off-the-shelf. In order to ensure optimal flight paths, a drone pilot is tasked with performing semi-autonomous inspections with the assistance of 3DX software. Within the 3DX Blade Platform, the inspection data is uploaded, processed, and analyzed.
The cloud-based 3DXTM Blade Platform is the most advanced data management system for blade inspections. The platform provides transparent asset management for wind turbine rotor blades based on data analytics and digital applications, offering actionable insights to optimize performance of renewable energy assets.
