RenewSys launches-CONSERV® Giga Fast Cure – the fastest curing EVA Encapsulant
CONSERV® Giga Fast Cure, EVA encapsulant, helps in efficiency increase of 10-20% in solar module manufacturing line, as it reduces curing time by 2-3 minutes, per module, according to company release.
CONSERV® Giga Fast Cure, a breakthrough EVA encapsulant, has been launched by RenewSys that reduces the curing stage of module manufacturing by 2-3 minutes per module.
With a continuous focus on innovation, RenewSys Bengaluru’s polymer experts have improved encapsulant performance while reducing its carbon footprint and cost. According to company, CONSERV P-7GFC is a thermo-proficient EVA encapsulant that offers manufacturers significant cost and time savings while meeting the highest quality and durability standards.
There are several advantages to using this product: it has a wide processing window; it has a shorter curing time; it increases productivity by 10% to 20% at module manufacturing facilities and it helps in reducing manufacturing cost. Further, module manufacturers can reduce CAPEX spends for incremental production by up to 20%, which benefits their cash flow.
The company states that this product has been rigorously tested for three times the IEC reliability requirements (an international standard for the durability of PV modules) and is suitable for all types of laminators, module sizes, and configurations.
