ArcVera Renewables appoints Sivamurugan Eswaran as Lead, Wind & Solar Asset Management
ArcVera Renewables expands its India team with the appointment of wind energy expert Sivamurugan Eswaran
As part of its plans to expand its India-based team in Bangalore, ArkVera Renewables announced the appointment of Sivamurugan “Siva” Eswaran as Lead, Wind & Solar Asset Management to support its growing independent engineering and qualified technical services for wind and solar projects.
More than 150 GW of PV solar and wind capacity have been added to India’s electricity generation mix over the last five years, which will increase by 450 GW by 2030. In order to ensure successful project development and operational outcomes, there is a strong demand for technical services.
“We’re seeing a renewable energy revolution here in India, but the country can only achieve its targets with assets that are efficient and productive across their full lifetime,” said CR Anbalagan, Country Manager and Director of Business Development. “Since opening our local office here in September 2020, our IECRE- and A2LA-accredited power performance testing services, as well as our resource assessment services, have been in high demand. It was time for us to expand our senior-level team to meet the needs of our clients. Sivamurugan Eswaran has a wealth of operational experience, and I’m delighted to welcome him to our team.”
Sivamurugan Eswaran has over 20 years of experience with leading wind energy companies in India, including ReGen and Suzlon. Commissioning, operation, maintenance, SCADA implementation, data analysis, key account management, technical inspection, operational assessment, and technical due diligence are among his areas of expertise.
