About Project:
The project will come up in the backwaters of Omkareshwar dam in about 2000 hectares of water areas. The project will have floating solar panels with a capacity of 600 MW power generations.
According to released statement, in case of low water level in the dam, the floating panels will adjust upwards and downwards automatically. Also, there will be no effect on them from strong waves and floods.
It is anticipated that in 2 years, the project will start producing cheap and good quality power.
